Just before the break, Travell Thomas (Orchard Park, NY) was in the small blind and got his chips in against Dilip Ravindran (Jersey City, NJ) who was on the button.
Travell's AK was dominating Dilip's K9 and he had Dilip covered, but then the board came Q 9 9 3 8. Dilip doubled up with trip 9s, leaving Travell short.
After play resumed, Travell got all-in against Taya Kuznetsova (Brooklyn, NY) and doubled up when he caught a four-flush on the board.
