On the river with a board of A J T 5 8, (no flush possible) the player in the cutoff moved all-in for 126,500.
Daniel Chan
Daniel Chan (New York, NY) tanked for a couple of minutes, then made a hero call, showing A7 suited for just a pair of Aces with weak kicker.
His opponent tried to muck, but tournament rules require called all-in hands to be tabled. The dealer flipped over his cards, showing pocket 9s.
With that pot, Daniel chipped up to ~525k, in contention for the chip lead.
